Description
The CallPilot Password Reset tool works as an extension to your CallPilot voicemail application and reduces the number of helpdesk tickets raised for password resets associated with the application. It uses Windows Integrated Authentication and works with your LDAP services to verify the user's credentials before implementing a password reset. The result is a secure and easy means for users to reset their own CallPilot passwords via the web.
